What we do.
Two engagement models. Both are structured, time-boxed, and built around named accounts rather than general advice. Both assume you already have a product that works and a team that can deliver. What's missing is your presence in Europe.
FLAGSHIP
Partnership Acceleration
Tier-1 European corporate partnerships, developed account by account through to a signed multi-year agreement. Typically six to eight months.
Who it's for
AI scale-ups, typically Series B–D, from the US, Israel and India. Also established enterprise software companies that have added AI capability and have no European partnership route for it.
What we do
The work runs in two parts. The first is crucial groundwork and the second delivers results.
Strategy engagement
Four to six weeks. We map the European partner landscape for your product and narrow it to the accounts worth pursuing. We identify who inside each one has to agree, and settle the regulatory position under the EU AI Act and GDPR that a Tier-1 will ask about early. It ends with the first conversations open.
Partnership development
Typically three to six months. Active development of named accounts: opening conversations at the seniority the agreement requires, drafting the multi-year structures such partnerships require, and carrying each account through the internal stages. You will know where every account stands each week.
How we're measured
By what gets signed, and by what kind of agreement it is. Tier-1s distinguish sharply between a pilot with a friendly team and a multi-year framework carrying commercial terms, governance and a renewal path. Only the second changes your European position.
MARKET ENTRY
Market Entry
Your entry into the German market, from the first named account to the first signed agreement. A six-month pilot, with the success criteria agreed before it starts and a clear decision point on whether to expand.
Who it's for
Technology and services companies (engineering, modernisation, data and AI delivery firms) with traction at home and looking to expand.
What we do
We start by agreeing which accounts are worth pursuing, by name, and who inside each one has to say yes. We rebuild how you present in German, so the first conversation begins from credibility rather than explanation, and resolve the structural questions that decide whether you can contract here at all, from engagement model to compliance. Then we open the conversations and carry them: the meetings, the internal reviews you never sit in on, the revisions that follow. Your technical lead comes in when the conversation turns technical, and we stay with it through to agreement.
How we're measured
Target lists, repositioned materials and structural advice are all part of the work. None of them is the deliverable. A signed agreement is the deliverable.
What we don't do
Technical scoping, solution architecture, delivery and the final commercial close stay with you. We don't sign on your behalf.
We don't do generic go-to-market advice, we don't offer lead lists, and we don't take on engagements where the honest answer is that Europe should wait.
